This old-world, ethnic favorite will warm your heart and have you coming
back for more. Spicy Chourico sausage, tender kale, potatoes and red kidney
beans are simmered in a flavorful chicken broth. Serve with a thick slice of
Portuguese sweet bread and garnish with freshly chopped mint leaves. Also
great as an entree (“Steamed Clams with Kale & Sausage”), served in a
